I purchased this product because of the price and it had a little larger screen than the others close to the price. Ours worked great for a few months then the DVD player quit, then the volume control buttons broke. The sound is good but overall a poor quality product. Save up the money for a better one.
Customer Review: Not Satisfied
I am not a hard person to satisfy, but I just had to share my experience on this product with others as no reviews existed when I purchased the item. When I initially installed the device, it had problems with the DVD player and the TV screen would go out after about 10 minutes of constant use. With a 30 day limited warranty, we paid to ship it back and got another ... no problem there. This one was much better, but it has this annoying issue that when you turn the TV on you need to change the channel to pick up the TV signal. If you keep it on one channel, you will have to change the channel and change it back to get your station when you first turn on the TV. I am going to send it back again to see if the third time is a charm. I did want to let people know that for the $200+ spend, I was not happy with my purchase.
